Those products that cannot be repaired in the customers’ houses will be moved to the central repair center and will get fixed by trained technicians. If the customer is residing in Tehran; during the time of repair a substitute product will be sent to their houses. Also, all the technicians will come to the customers’ houses for installation and service with an ID card. Based on the experience of many years, Nikan Service repairs the electronic boards under the supervision of experienced engineers which has resulted in no need to change the parts and the reduction in the relevant costs.
